250-300 would be a very good price..
All depends on where you go...
I used to do them for 300-350inc fluid..
If seals are needed it'll take it above 400..
Also add a bit more If you want it serviced/flushed..

Cheers

cheers mate... i'm told that an EL auto will go into an AU as long as the AU bellhousing is used, can you shed any light on this?

and yes the lines are getting flushed, i asked when i dropped it off. so i'm pretty happy with the price. and another car is getting done before mine its auto is slipping and it was purchased from the same wrecker 3 months ago so that answers the warranty question as my mate said hes fixing it for free.

woohoo i got my car back and the gearbox is great. feels firm shifts fast very nice... so i got the old box taken out, lines flushed, new box installed, new front and rear seals, and new fluid, and 3 month warranty. but hes a mate so 3months is flexible, all for $270 not bad me thinks.

but now there is an annoying squeak coming from the front passenger side wheel when moving, it doesn't sound like your typical brake squeak but more like what it would sound like if the wheel were made of wood and it just sat on a metal axle (if that makes sense.) this is the first the car has moved in 2 months so i'm hoping its just a bit of rust on the brake disk. any ideas?
