Is there any other types of activities that FTF does now other than shows?

Track days such as Wakefield, booking a lane at WSID, Go-karting, mystery cruises etc. Something that involves actually driving the car rather than showing it and that isn't strictly 'family friendly'. While I understand there is a number of members that like to involve their family, there is some of us that just like to get together with mates so we can get away from the family.

Yea, also things like:
- group days of defensive driving and advanced driving courses (just a random idea as some people like doing these every now and then)
- cruises up and down the coast just for lunch say
- going out to the races (now that we have eastern creek and other events)
- i like the idea of go carting and stuff like that

The ideas that 'Ride' brought up are pretty good

Hi guys,

Working on a few ideas at the moment, cruise somewhere for lunch is a good idea, also like the idea of booking a lane at WSID, always wanted to do the 1/4 mile. Thanks for your input guys, will arrange something soon.

Really like the idea of displaying the cars at a V8 event like FPV-Tickford Club of NSW do at Homebush - maybe we could join them for the 3 days? Also look into Eastern Creek now too!

A track day or drag strip day would also be great as are cruises up or down the coast.

I like the idea of driving the cars rather than displaying them so much.
