Exclamation Budget Direct and Youi Insurance !

I got my insurance renewal and its gone up $130 ! no claims in 5 years.
I did a few quotes and found Budget Direct and Youi are the same ?
Minimum excess $1150! $40 excess on windscreen claim even if I take out the optional windscreen cover ! Agreed car value is $11850 for both? Car sales has it at $15100. RACQ its $14,000.
I rang my current insurer and they wont lower my premium.
I am going with RACQ its $100 cheaper than last years premium with my current insurer.
I rang Shannons and I dont meet their criteria. Other insurers premiums are over $1,000!
An investigation is needed into insurance companies.
