I can confirm that you can charge using the under bonnet + terminal and the - lug on the LH inner guard. I’ve done it many times over the years because I cbf’d wrestling with that battery cover in the boot that never seems to want to go back in neatly.
That under bonnet + terminal is directly connected back to the battery in the boot, via a substantial wire. |
