Default ASL video conversion kit issue

Hi guys,

I installed the video conversion kit into my BF as per the instructions that came with the kit however I get no display when I switch to AUX, just a black screen.

I have tried with two different phones, one being an iPhone 4S and also a Samsung galaxy S4 as I have both the cables.

No matter what I do I cannot get any picture to appear from the phone onto the ICC screen.

Is there a cable that ASL sells that must be used with the kit?

I have sent an email to Fadi but seeing they are closed over the weekend I thought I would try my luck on here.

Thanks.
Joe
