I have since had Ford confirm that as far as their records go my car is the only one that went out with and NB compliance plate and as far as they are concerned it was a mistake (should never have had a NB badge and should never have been sold to the public), they consider it a mislabelled NA and a prototype was meant to be crushed not sold.
