Hi Guys,
got a problem with the postoffice. Got a docket in the mail telling me I have a package at the postoffice. Go there and was told its not there. Looked at the tracking and it says it was signed and picked up by someone i have never heard of. Went back to the post office and they were not very helpful, said they have no details of the person who picked up etc. They say that person must have had proof my my address, which cant be the case as we built the house there on vacant land. I have logged a complaint, but does anyone know what normally happens in this case?
