Unfortunately I am well and truly aware of the ins and outs of the damn FSRA. Life was much easier before it was introduced. I deal with clients face to face and the majority of them are of non english speaking background and they constantly ask for my opinion or ask what does everyone else do and when I say I cannot give them advice they get upset. But hey, it just means you have to be a little more creative with the way you explain things! |
