Default new icc bem etc etc

Hi Fadi
just fitted that icc dual zone bluetooth carkit sat nav dvd player into my car that I purchased from you.
the screen goes blank after about 10 seconds and no dvd picture comes up when that playing
could i have the change over switches around the wrong way
also the DCS or anti skid button doesnt turn on the traction control
any ideas?
also seams that rear tailgate can open with the button on my territory 24/7 even when the car is locked and the rear window switch wont open the rear window.
Could it be possible that the bem or body control unit has been programmed for a falcon not a territory ghia
any help will be good

also noted that when the ac turn on the compressor starts but the thurmo fan doesnt which i think is wrong too

Thanks
