Well I finally got some piccys of the new old house :P
Met the landlord today too .... he seems excellent & has approved in person anything needed to restore the house is a given .......... Has even offered a pony for the youngest to ride while hes not here Have put the piccys on this link ...... is a freebie thing & it was quicker to upload them there http://members1.clubphoto.com/lisa1...wner-7cca.phtml I got a tape measure out today ....... need to know room sizes for paint of course Heres a few of the stats Loungeroom - 7.08m x 5.90m Eldest two Bedrooms - 5.90m x 3.65m Kitchen - 4.64m x 3.64 Dining Room - 3.64m x 3.64m (Yayayayay a square room ) Pantry - 3.52m x 2.83m Main Bathroom - 3.45m x 2.83m My Bedroom - 4.22m x 3.60m Youngest Bedroom - 3.07m x 4.33m Of course the room sizes are abnormal ... the house was built circa 1860's I know theres a lot of work .... but with an open chequebook so to speak I cant wait ;) |
