Include the acronym ABS in search?

MODS:-I've tried searching ABS but it tells me it's too short, common, etc. Is it possible to get the search function to look for particular acronyms that are common with cars because when people are talking about anti lock brakes it is easier to put down ABS but when searching makes it nigh impossible to find threads on the topic.
