Yeah - there was a cool shiny trophy with a starter button on it.

There was also a big trophy that will stay at FPV and NSW will be the first club name engraved on it.

I would like to say a BIG thank you to everyone that turned up and displayed their cars and helped out with the set up, with out you guys it would of been really hard to do.

It was a very happy moment for the club and members to win the best display of the FPV day, And yes it did pay off for us to dress up the way we did.

Thank again to all

good stuff guys congrats on that.. But you know its on for next year now...

bahahaha bahahahaha (sinister laugh if ya didn't pick up on that)

Just need to add Bev and Daves car is AWESOME. I liken it to people getting tats these guys just keep getting more and more air brushing done. The car changes every major show I see it at and is all done exceptionally well..

What a great 5 days

I would like to thank everyone who participated in this special event.
Everyone said they had a great time laughing (usually at others expense), socializing : and turned this event into a holiday with a car show thrown in (LOL) :

It's great to see a group of people bonding, enjoying themselves and in doing so expanding friendships further.
Main thing was that there was fun to be had and we had it.

Special thanks to the organizing team Chris, Cara, Stretch (John), Gazza, Ben etc. Without your efforts in planning before the event the time away wouldn't of been the same or as enjoyable. :1syellow1

Next year is the 10th Anniversary of FPV Day so I assume we already have 20 starters by the feedback from the crew that attended this time.
Plus we have a trophy to defend. out:

Thanks for all the congratulatory comments above from other clubs.
It is special when you win this trophy.
It was also good to catch up with members from others clubs that you normaly only get to see once a year. Maybe we should do it more often.

PS. Maybe these outfits might go well next year :disco:

What an awesome time!!!!! :evilsasmo

From the moment of leaving Uncle Leo's the good times just got better and better. :

Was great to put some names to faces, and of course meet some new folks as well.

I would like to thank the organizing committee - twelve months of organizing has definitely paid off!!!

Harrop Engineering and the trip to FPR is definitely memorable.... :hihi:

Well done to everyone for the effort on Sunday, FPV, all clubs, and AFF.

Who knows what wacky theme we will produce next year..

Certainly does feel good to win that trophy... :

Looking forward next year, and can't wait for it already.

Cheers

I showed this to one of the guys at work....

after he stopped laughing at me in a hawaiian shirt, his only comment was

"hehe that guy on the far left is pretty funny, how can you pull that ' don't f#$% with me face' whilst wearing a hawaiian shirt, shorts and thongs "
