Default 89 Capri SA ignition switch illumination

Hi all, I've noticed while putting the steering column covers back on, that there is a small housing for a lamp to clip into to illuminate the ignition switch, but I can't find any lamp loose to put there.
Should there be one or was this another 'export only' feature?

Hi. I think it was a top of the line Laser feature with the small globe linked to the interior light delay setup, as the Capri didnt have the delay it didnt get the lamp (just like low level lasers). Cheers MD
