Very nice mate! I really like those eyelids, and the lowering gives it a much more aggressive stance. Are they the optional leather seats, or are they a custom job? I would have gone for the black version of those tails myself, but other than that I reckon it's a top job!

Thanx mate, those leather seats are a custom job cost me around $2200. As for the tail lights, i found some black morette tail lights which i was really interested in but they were asking $500 for em which i thought was abit much

http://www.european-parts.net/catalo...roducts_id=483

to be honest i really do like the whole black/chrome look, i have a few more things to come which i have ordered off ebay such as chrome fog light covers and also a stainless steel cover which goes my centre rear brake lights and lights up FOCUS.

Cost me $450. Not an easy wheel to polish from what the guys were telling me. I got them done from a place called Steves Wheels i left my car with them for 2 days and they done em. Your probably thinkin why didnt i get them chromed? well the answer to that is the chroming joint wanted me to give them 1 wheel at a time and as u know, the focus comes with a sparesaver so would of been hard for me.

Someone explain to me the polished wheel buisness?

Like... I can see from the thread its not chrome.
Do they strip the paint off and shine up the metal underneath or something?
How easy is it to keep it shiney?

And... hey there Raymon... you loon you :oP

Oh my best friend Marshy! :P Well your first question is answered mate. I just use some of the meguires stuff, i spray it on and wash it off comes up very shiney. One thing about polishing is that you have to get it done probably once every couple years to keep that shineyness, depends how i look after em really.

Yea strip off the paint, rub it back a bit and make it shiny, then spray a clear coat over it. It should be the same as cleaning the wheels now.

Love what you have done to your Focus so far.
The Zetec name on the seats has a nice touch to it, looks like the real deal

Thanx man, i was tossin up between leather or sunroof or 18inch wheels and i thought leather was the best option as it adds that bit of class and value to the vehicle. Next thing im lookn for is the XR5 spoiler, dont really like the spoiler on my car, they should have at least color coded it.

Are you looking for a stock XR5 spoiler?
The colour code is not easy to match.

Wouldn't you have to own a XR5 to get the parts?
3 year ago I ask about GT-P FPV rear wing for a XR8 and I got told you have to own a FPV to get that wing.
Could be the same deal for you as well but, I could be wrong.
I hope you do get it
All the best with your mods man.

Yup there is always Europarts for the spoilers and what not.

Seems quicker buying something from there than getting Ford to replace bits for the XR5 :o)

Good luck buddy!

A place called Sun-Ex performance in Sunbury, Melbourne. They are contracted with most ford dealerships to their leather interiors and they done a mighty job on mine, came out perfect. I have a mate who works there so i got a pretty good discount.

raymon81, I emailed european parts about the XR5 spoiler aswell and they got back to me with a shipping price of 50EUR so that makes it a total price in Aus $ of $333.29 so for the extra $20 I would buy it here from Aus as it much easier and no hassles. Should look at doing a group buy and see if we can get a better price as I am very interested in getting one aswell.......

Hey festec, i just put the order in yesterday for ther spoiler from european-parts. The reason i went through them was because i had bought something from them (polished mirrors) but had to return them coz they didnt fit the focus here so i just paid them extra on top for the spoiler. I paid 38EUR for economy shipping and i was quoted 64EUR for premium so i dont know what kind of shipping u get for 50EUR, im in no hurry to get it anyway. I have bought a few things from them and im pretty happy with their service, u can even add the guy to your icq and talk to him with any problems you have. Group buy is a pretty good idea, put the topic up and see how you go mate.
