Talking Club Xmas Party

To all Members :1syellow1 :1syellow1 :1syellow1 :1syellow1

This year our Christmas Party will be at Fagan Park (Carrs Rd Shed 3, Carrs Road Galston) starting at 11.00 am Saturday 26th November. Due to the Exorbitant Price Jambaroo Wanted to charge us we have decided to go to this park and the Club will put $300 towards the cost of the Day.

Every one is welcome to bring there Family along as the area has a big area for Children to Play and Ride there Bikes, as well as 2 BBQ’s and a Shelter for us to sit under. All I need is numbers that wish to come along so we can get the Catering set up for the day, we will be having Steaks, Sausage sandwiches, Salad and Soft drinks for all that attend.

The entry is $4.00 (Per Car) to get in that is all you should need to pay. You will need to bring some fold out chairs, Picnic blanket, and games for Kids to play, Sun lotion, FLYSPRAY and be ready to have a good time.

There will be a cruise for any one interested after the Picnic out Northwest for a Couple of Hours.

So all I ask is for you to let me know who is coming so we can get the correct amount of Food, Salad and Drinks

. :evil_laug _ :Up_to_som : : :1syellow1 :voldar02: :evil_laug

Ok again i didnt listen Stretch can you put us Sucky's up on the list
(you may wont me there i think im bringing the FOOD ! LOL)

Also to Boss 540 the price for Jamberoo was WAY out of budget from memory i think it was $400 and that wasnt for entry that was just for the club to have a spot (hut and BBQ area )Then everyone had to pay entry- A little to much to ask of everyone at this time of year,
Should still be a top day hope you will still come
cheers Ailsa

Thats a shame, its their loss. Ive heard the entry isnt cheap either when you add a couple of adults and kids too.

With going to the park, there is plenty of room, so heaps for kids to run around, ride bikes or whatever. Close to cars (bonus), and above all.

Due to the low cost, the club will be funding the party!!!!!

Can't knock that back!!!! :
