Isn't it just a scrap yard? Ones in cities just have to turn over their stock due to a lack of space. At least this one has some older stuff still.

They are owned by a Peak Hill resident and he's said no to a gazillion offers over the years.

Sad, sad sight.
From back when most cars were absolutely beautiful. When designers cared to make a car functional, but sometimes quirky, and jaw-dropping to look at. I would love the car industry to bring some of that back, along with the new advancements. Cars would yet again be something special, I reckon. Not just appliances. All of those cars would be beautiful if someone did them up again. |

There's a property near here just outside of Tanunda which has what looks like hundreds of cars on it. I drive past it every day on my way to work.

That green on sitting on top of another car centered in two of the pics, I think could be a 61 Dodge Phoenix. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it is.

There's a place sort of like this near where I live I went Up as a 17 year old saying that I am into old school stuff and would like to talk to the owner. I left my name number with the house keeper. No response after several months will go back up there on the weekend.

I think I speak/write a similar sentiment to other members when I say my heart dropped when I saw this. I owned an EK Holden wagon (first photo) as well as an FB which are both represented here and the 48/215 looks like a prime candidate for a full resto. And that is a Dodge Phoenix sat on top
