If I have filed a cancel transaction in ebay can I now proceed to sell the item to another user?

If the item has run its course and it was sold but you dont want to go ahead with the deal you should wait until you have confirmation from ebay before you do sell it to someone else. Hi bidder has the right to give negative feedback if you dont sell it to them because you changed your mind.I hope this helps.
