I know of one or two guys in the UK with 18 inch rims. Not any 19 inch though. IIRC 18 inch was the biggest that would effectively work with the Fiesta. Not sure of the specifics. Would look horn though!

Ive just brought a WS as a work car and looking at a set of 17's or 18's
With 19's you would be wanting to remove the arch liners and rolling the guards plus without coilovers would look rubbish as it would be riding round like a 4x4 Even if you could get them to fit the ride would be so harsh and you would look like such a tool you'd probably end up regretting it. Especially when you have to replace the ultra low profile 19" rubber you will need to run for clearance. Oh, would be illegal too in most states as generally only allowed a +1" fittment on largest factory size on tyre placard, ie. 18's

You could get away with 18's, but I reckon 17's and lowered looks the best on the WS ...
About to get my wheels done, and I chose the 17's, for the simple reason that I want to be able to lower the car comfortably, and I reckon the 18's make you look like too much of a ************. |

I'm about to upgrade my wheels too, probably going to go for 17's and the pedders sportsryder lowering kit.
Oh and in NSW it doesn't matter how many wheel sizes you go up/down just as long as you don't change the rolling circumference by more then 26mm.
