Default AU series 1 serviced injectors, blowing smoke and running rough

Hello.
I have not used the fuel side of my au for a long time. Stuck to gas almost exclusively but now the gas is now playing up so going back to fuel, it needed some attention. I replaced my fuel pump and removed and cleaned my injectors and fuel rail. tons of crap came out of the fuel rail.

Now after reassembling, my car is barely running. Fuel and smoke coming out the exhaust and running so rough.

Can anyone suggest what i might have done to cause this?

I don't think I put any injector leads onto the wrong injector but is there an easy way to check which lead suits which injector? I thought I kept them approximately in line.

Also probably not relevant but the fuel line popped off on first startup, and gave the the underbody a good splash and i also changed the thermostat.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes it had been reconnected. Spent a bit of time checking everything was reconnected, then took everything apart again. I removed the fuel rail and started to pull injectors. Once I had pulled 1 out and the pressure changed 1 of the other injectors started spraying fuel. Looks lit after cleaning and re-kiting it packed it in. Once I get some more injectors and swap it out I will post here to say if it fixed it. Might be helpful to someone else in the future.
