Default Just a my 20 cent whinge

Look i quite liked Calder Friday night drags...
Its been my thing since the early 80's come home from work have a bite to eat and then drive (approx 50 minutes) to calder.
Do what i do then i have the week end free

Saturday drags things that will make you miss an event.

Work, Wife always finds things to do, shopping, going for a drive, visiting,
setting up for a barbie etc etc etc.

i drove to Calder Yesterday, later in the afternoon to find only a scatter of cars and the night finished @ 8pm instead of 10 due to lack of participator attendance.

i know everyones days are set out differently but im not happy about Saturday Drags

other thoughts??

I hope the sat thing takes off, personally I didn't go, but would be good for everyone to get some of the bigger cars there as well. Then more spectators will come, which will bring in the $$
