Yeah, but they still need particulars of the vehicle otherwise how can the quote be accurate? After all, they say that they look after people who have unique cars. In my case, the ute I'm buying is brand new and I gave them a ball park figure of what I'm paying plus 10 grand for a few options. They only then said that they wouldn't insure it because their conditions state that it must be garaged at night, WTF. I had less drama getting a quote for my Mack Superliner.

It's not like I lost any sleep over it, just won't ever bother calling them again.
