Says it all really.
Saying that people would "consider" something is hardly earth-shattering.
When we last bought a new car, we would have happily bought a Prius if it were priced similarly to a Lancer or Hyundai, but they're not.
If and when an Electric car can match the range, refuelling, and price of a petrol, we'll probably buy one. (Although I expect to be dead before that happens.)
