For some visual reference -
This version was used as standard on BA XR and BA FPV's. It was then used on all N/A XR6's for BA MK II and BF. For BF MK II, only XR6 ute has this gear knob as the sedan went to the 6 speed box.
Optional all BA - BF MK II Falcon's and FPV's was the Momo gear knob, from memory with either a grey, red or blue insert (blue in the pic below).
All manual XT sedans, XL ute, XLS ute and RTV ute had the rubber gear knob similar to the one linked above.
