You say this as you like you’re the only buyer. Dealer trade in aside I bet dealers are asking in the 30k ballpark selling price as well. Go offer a dealer 23k they’ll laugh at you. I’ve had plenty of stupid offers like yours over the years never even had to even entertain the thought. 23k for vehicles in the realm of 30k is insulting.
