I found the habit the hardest this to give up, morning coffee and cigarette, after eating, idle hands etc, do something else to occupy your mind for the first couple minutes after you feel the urge and you're on the home stretch.
You need to want to quit, not just 'I should quit', the timing needs to be right, be strong, be the boss! all you need to do then is save up the days, 1 by 1, get past 10 then tell yourself ' you're only cheating yourself if you have 1 now' set goals, 20 days, 1 month, someone's birthday, go stand next to someone that's smoking and say no, you're only fighting yourself, surely you can win that fight
