that monitors driver behaviour like not putting on seat belt before starting ignition,

There’s a whole raft of crap that has to be adhered to as managers get reporting in real time.

One example is slowing to 60 kph down off ramps, do that and cars behind think you’re brake checking them
Loads of fun and games with general traffic that pick and choose which laws they do and don’t follow.
