Like I said - I will be following up the incident with Shannons. The person I had to deal with had no business working in insurance sales. They did everything opposite to what a salesperson needs to do.
I should not have had to ask for a supervisor to get given what's called an 'anonymous quote' then be spoken to in a condescending way repeating the same 'this quote means nothing' reminder after every bloody question.
