I think new parts might be getting difficult, the Japanese consider 10 years to be past their use by date.
2nd hand or repair/refurbished is more common these days.
Fuso has had quite a checkered history in the recent past, as has Mitsubishi its parent. Currently I believe they are an offshoot of Hino, which is part of Toyota.
