id suggest any good brake and clutch place should be able to make them for you
im a diesel fitter and have done this and have the gear
it isnt hard to do
just need the fittings each end of each pipe , the bundy pipe a flaring tool kit and the pipe benders which they will have (esp if the can re shoe drum brakes and line clutch plates)
and it be hell cheaper than tonys second hand stuff even with out the shipping from w.a
