It's an 18''
Victa deck but these are still very light. And it has a bigger 140cc engine (the Ultralite is only 125cc)
Those Ultralite's are not really a true Victa deck and were introduced to give Bunnings something to sell at a lower price point. Nothing wrong with Briggs and Stratton engines, but the 125cc is pretty small for a mower.
