When you transfer money at a bank, you ask them to double check the BSB, ACC, and the name; its really not hard.
Internet transfers are the user responsibility, stuff up then stiff, take your time in filling out the details.
I agree it would suck, but crap happens, life goes on and karma usually sorts itself out.
