My favourite wheel cleaner is the brush from one of those plastic brush and shovel sets and saw the front brush part off about 20mm down from the top ...so its a flat piece of 20mm plastic with a handle then glue with a bit of Ados one of those little rectangular XLO sponges you get from the supermarket for cleaning in the kitchen , you can get thicker ones about 20mm thick (they last better) i find them just awsome to get right to the back of the rim and in behind the spokes , when they get ratty scrape it off and glue another one on i just chuck them in a vice overnight
