The often quoted Super Duty 430 hp 475 lbft is under rated by about 30 hp and 30 lbft
compared to what it would be in F150 or a car/SUV. So it’s really 460 hp/500 lbft.

One big positive for the 7.3 is its width is close to a 351W and roughly 4 1/2” narrower
than the coyote V8. Crate engine from Ford is USD $7,000 + freight, so still a “hurdle”.
