My mate who's fighting pancreatic cancer is having a tough time.
He's been in and out of hospital since the operation so many times it's unbelievable.
He's been fighting infection after infection and now has a blood clot in his lung to contend with.
Sometimes it's not the cancer itself that's hard to deal with, it's all the side effects of the treatment and all the extra battles on top of the cancer.
