Luxury cars often now have acoustic glass to their windows. This is laminated glass with a thicker media between the two pieces. It might be that a skilled glazier could re-cut a couple of BMW or Benz side windows to fill these places.

I presume you are adding a bonded soundproofing sheet to the panel below this glazing, in addition to using acoustic wool in the cavity.
