two are door looms but i'm not sure which is left/right & not sure on the other.

Hey mate,
The 3R23 14632 AD is the RHR door loom.
The 3R23 14633 AB is the LHR door loom.
The 3R73 13B711 BE is interior roof lamp wiring.
Hope that helps..
