Almost anything is an option if you get the right gear and configure it properly, but most residential-grade equipment isn't particularly verbose when it comes to configuration options.
What is it that you're actually wanting? The option of using both 4G and wifi when it's available? wifi preferrably but auto-fallback to 4g when it's not?
As a side note I don't think you'll even find a hub on any store's shelf anymore, it's all just switches now.
