The only way to know for sure is to check each states own website... and you have to do that after the changes for the most part

Lots of scrolling required there for all the different bits of NSW and VIC, and if one gets confused and makes a mistake, there will be police on the other end checking if you are approved to enter, regardless of it being by road or air... sapol seems to man the borders everytime there is community transmission in other states.
