The other side of the coin is that having harsh penalties will mean people won’t get tested if they are doing the wrong thing which puts a greater risk into the situation.
As much as you would like to see them in stocks in the town square I think it is the wrong thing to do. Victoria faced this situation last year.
I reckon QLD have probably dogged a bullet in this one. Looks like they were late in the infectious stage. Hope NSW is lucky too
