Seems poorly-worded to me...will it really cost them $10m, and is it compensation?
Thought they are giving back what they should have never charged in the first place...so how is that "costing" them, and how is it "compensation" and not a "refund"?
They probably made money by having $10m of other peep's money for a period of time.
Or are they refunding everything that should not have been charged, plus an additional $10m in compensation on top of the refunds? Doubt it.
