I was a truck driver smoking 40 a day easily, I went cold turkey like most of us and kick the habit. but always had the craving to have a smoke. any not long after I wAS diagnosed with cancer and went through hell to recover I'm talking about five years. the treatment is worse then the disease. but the real wake up was I'm the oldest of four brothers they all continued to smoke, my younger brother died two years ago aged 51 from heart attack and my younger brothers have both had heart attacks and one of them is a fitness freak. the common thing is smoking. GIVE IT AWAY!
Forgive my grammar, I did not spend a lot time in school.
