Entry requirements (only just the beginning):
15 Push-ups (sometimes done to a cadence & without resting on the ground)
45 Sit-ups
7.5 Shuttle run score (Beep Test)
After that, it gets hard: forced pack marches; swim tests; obstacle courses
etcetera.
