Your
TCM is faulty and will be replaced under warranty.
The reason the warning lights are now appearing is with the latest
TCM calibration it can now recognize a fault. This is a good thing as it means it makes it easier to diagnose.
The latest
TCM calibration is exactly for this reason. The car will drive exactly the same but will recognize a fault earlier.
Take it back and get a new
TCM fitted. It's covered by a 10 year warranty.
