its got buckets of torque from 1300rpm and it a much better drive than a turbo but you just don't get the kick in the backside like a turbo car....its there but more linear
That’s quick for a catback and diff gears only, I didn’t know they jumped like that.
ebv8 did you have that time tested or is it a seat of the pants guess?

I have a mate out west who has his old mint BA sitting covered in his shed because no-one would pay anything decent for it.
He offered it to me because he knew I’d look after it and I said no it’s was too slow and would only take up room in my garage, I’d rather something older to just cruise around in.

If I can pull a high 4sec to 0-100 with nothing but a catback, diff gears and good rubber I’ll ring him and pick it up. He offered it as a freebie.
