Advice on DVD Rex System

Not sure whether you can help me or not but we have a Ford DVD Rex3 system in our 2009 Territory TX and somehow have misplaced the code. Ford disconnected battery to work on a seperate bluetooth issue and now we can't get the DVD working.
Is there somewhere you can go to get the code reset or any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
