I'm really hoping someone can help me out a little again. I am most definately not mechanically minded whatsoever!
My mechanic has told me I need to replace my rear and front left engine mounts.
I have the rear engine mount I ordered through a Brisbane parts guy but totally confused with the passenger side.
I am thinking of going through pontiworld.com.au but confused with their parts list as to what exactly I need. The link to the page is

Can anyone tell me the difference between the part priced at $47.38 and the part at $39.83??? Do I need both?
I need to get it sorted ASAP because unfortunately it isn't sounding great at all!

P.S I did check out rock auto as well but it seemed strangely cheap to me at only $8.10 - Am I missing something here as well?
