Sorry to hear you are having trouble, how many KM's on the replacement engine?? If you are in Melbourne then Yogi is the man for you.
You won't need to replace the injectors maybe a giving them a good clean out will help.
Replacement plugs, leads & air filters will be a start to fix it.
