Is the the multi pin connector an audio connector or something?

Also, is the ICC must be kept upright thing a myth or is it fact? Can't see how ICCs could be posted if they have to be kept upright all the time. ICC in question is the Fairmont one, though i imagine they would all be the same apart from the different hardware in them.

please call us to clarify some issues for you.

as long you dont drop the ICC its fine. tilting wont do any damage. we ship them and freight them all them, as long they well packed and not loose in a box.
