right on the money.
first off i just whacked a k&n pod on a 90' elbow to see how it went, it was not an increase over the whole rev range it was a bit lumpy. and it would have been sucking heaps of hot air.
next time i opened the bonnet i moved the pod to the back of the fog light and plumbed it with 3" stainless.
the extra volume between the pod and the throttle body gave it alot better response with sudden WOT and the cooler air made an increase across the rev range.
it would still be sucking a bit of hot air but ill get creative next time im bored at wo.rk
