That's a good approach. No good making only a tiny profit just to get the deal when the they could end up being the customer from hell.
When we bought a heating / air cond package we didnt go with the cheapest. The middle of the range quote was best BECAUSE he was more professional and knew his product better than the others. We may have paid a bit more but we were more confident the product was good quality and after sales was going to be good.
